Coach Pessoa brings extensive soccer experience from Brazil, collegiate programs (JUCO, NAIA, NCAA), and professional play with the KC Comets. He coaches U10–U15 players using a psychology-informed approach, emphasizing technical skills, tactical understanding, and confidence. He focuses on preparing students for higher-level play and helping them develop as athletes and teammates.
