Dylan Connor
Coach Connor earned a high red belt after nearly a decade of training in Taekwondo. He enjoys swimming and running as part of his regular fitness routine and emphasizes structured workouts and correct form. He believes athlete enthusiasm comes from working out alongside his players and leading by example.
