Walk the campus on a student-led tour, attend a family-style lunch, meet with our Head of School and faculty, or speak directly with our admissions and enrollment team about acceptance rates and the impact of an FCDS education.

  • Stepping onto the campus

    is such an integral part of learning about FCDS. Observe farming trout in a science class, the a cappella group singing in the theatre, or the youngest FCDS students lacing up their skates. 
    And that distinguished Blue Door? It’s an exclusive right of passage for our 9th grade boys, for they are the only FCDS students who are granted its use.

    Student guided tours and private visits are scheduled on any school day and truly give parents an opportunity to see the limitless possibilities ahead for their son.

Fairfield Country Day School (FCDS) is a private, all-boys day school in Fairfield, Connecticut.

Founded in 1936 by Laurence W. Gregory, the school has admitted only boys since its inception. As per our mission: Fairfield Country Day School provides an educational community dedicated to the development of impactful young leaders of character and purpose; ready to face the everyday challenges and pivotal turning points of their lifetime with confidence, courage and compassion. Its balanced and challenging program is designed to help each student expand his desire and ability to acquire knowledge, capture his imagination, stimulate his curiosity and creativity, and enhance his self-esteem and respect for others.
