  • Q. Communication

    • Complete details and information will be sent to all registered families prior to your camp week.
    • General camp information, payment, registration and health form inquiries or requests to schedule an appointment to tour the campus should be sent to summer@fairfieldcountryday.org
  • Q. Cancellation Policy

    We understand that situations arise and at times camp families request a change to the registered camper weeks.

    We will make changes to camp registrations when requests are received if space is available in the desired weeks. Please note that the Cancellation Policy is included in the registration contract and reads as follows: 
     
    Cancellation Policy.  I understand that written notice of cancellation of this Contract, or the withdrawal of any session, must be received by Associate Head of School, Maureen Bartolomeo on or before March 31, 2024.  I acknowledge and agree that after March 31, 2024, the Fee constitutes liquidated damages, that this amount is a reasonable estimate of the damages likely to be incurred by FCDS as a result of a late withdrawal, and that actual damages are difficult or impossible to ascertain at this time.  I also acknowledge and agree that the Fee will not be refunded or pro-rated for any unattended sessions or days.  In the event of the Participant’s cancellation of this Contract on or after April 1, 2024, all unpaid fees shall become due and payable in full within thirty (30) days of the date of cancellation.
  • Q. Tuition

    Week 1 *            June 17 – June 21          $495    
    Week 2               June 24 – June 28          $525     
    Week 3 **          July 01 – July 05             $495     
    Week 4               July 08 – July 12             $525     
    Week 5               July 15 – July 19             $525     
    Week 6               July 22 – July 26             $525     
     
    Deposit is 10% of camp fees, paid upon registration, and non-refundable.
    Remaining camp fee balance is due 04/01/2024 and non-refundable after this date.

    *Four-day week, no camp on Wednesday, June 19th in honor of Juneteenth holiday
    **Four-day week, no camp on Thursday, July 4th in honor of Fourth of July holiday
  • Q. Hours

    Camp runs from 9am - to 4pm daily.
    Please call 203-259-2723 to report absences and for dismissal changes.
  • Q. Swimming

    • All campers swim daily (weather permitting).
    • Full-time Life-Guards on duty at all times.
    • Children are encouraged, but not required to participate.
    • Floatation devices are not allowed (per state law).
    • Swim lessons are not provided.
  • Q. Health Forms and Information

    A recent health form including immunization history is required by the first day of camp.  A copy of your child’s school health form is acceptable as long as it is current within the last 36 months.  
     
    If your child takes any regularly scheduled medication or on an as needed/emergency basis, please complete the Authorization to Administer Medication Form.  This must be signed by a health care provider and medication must be in its original container.

Fairfield Country Day School (FCDS) is a private, all-boys day school in Fairfield, Connecticut.

Founded in 1936 by Laurence W. Gregory, the school has admitted only boys since its inception.
